Executive Voice Coach
Max Chernin is an Actor, Singer, Private Coach, and Educator.
He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music which led to a performance career centered around original work. Max made his Broadway debut in Steve Martin & Edie Brickell’s Bright Star and was most recently seen in the revival of Sunday In The Park With George starring Jake Gyllenhaal. He has gone on to perform at Lincoln Center, New York City Center, Center Theatre Group (LA), The Old Globe (San Diego), and produced his solo show The Color Ginger at Feinstein’s/54 Below. On-screen, Max can be seen on "Mozart In The Jungle”, “The Family”, Adam Sandler’s The Week Of, and upcoming on “Dickinson” and “Inventing Anna”. He has worked on industry events for State Farm and Yext, and with Skittles on their 2019 Super Bowl Campaign.
In addition to his performance career, Max is a Guest Lecturer and Admissions Evaluator at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and an audition coach with Broadway Artists Alliance and Artists & Beyond. He strives to help artists grow and engage, emboldened to share their voices and embrace their authentic selves.
Max is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association, Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Radio and Television Artists, and is represented by Nicolosi & Co.

Deanna Ott is an Executive Voice and Speech Coach, Arts Educator, and Actor. Her greatest joy is to help others discover and strengthen their unique voices through a practice of presence, breath work, physical ease, and storytelling.
A Professional Actor for more than a decade, Deanna began her studies with a Bachelor of Fine Arts at CSU Fullerton. It was there that her passion for the physiological connection of the breath, voice, and body began. Post graduation, she hit the ground running, performing and teaching with the Tony-award winning Utah Shakespeare Festival, which ultimately led her to New York City. Deanna has been seen onstage in a Broadway National Tour, on television with CBS, and with top theatre companies nationwide. With a desire to continue to strengthen her own technique and to teach others, Deanna earned her MFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University.
As an educator, Deanna has taught voice and speech, movement, acting, dance, and improvisation to students across the country since 2006. Her clients have ranged from elementary students, to university actors, to tenured professors; and she has taught with leading regional theatres, universities, and to individuals. She is a practitioner of Linklater Voice technique, Knight-Thompsen speech work, and Miller Voice Method as well as a certified Yoga Teacher through YogaWorks. Incorporating her years of study, she is dedicated to crafting unique vocal training tailored to the goals of her clients.
With a deep understanding for the demands on the voice and body in performance, and years of technical study in many vocal techniques, Deanna brings a full-bodied approach to voice training and presentation. She is passionate about building lasting change for clients and creating active skillsets for optimum effectiveness in communication.

Liz Krane (she/hers) is an actor, audiobook narrator and arts educator. She holds a BA in Music Theory from Fairfield University and an MFA in Acting from Purdue University. Liz has worked as a professional actor on the Eastern Seacoast and in regional theatres across the midwest including Great Lakes Theatre, Idaho Shakespeare Festival, and the Texas Shakespeare Festival. While in graduate school she studied the Meisner Technique and the Lessac Method.
After obtaining her MFA, Liz moved to Beijing, China where she worked as a Professor at Beida (Peking University) and as a Text Coach with Seven Ages Theatre Company. Today she is an Audiobook Narrator for Audible and a Voiceover Actor with Stewart Talent Agency. She is a Registered Yoga Practitioner (RYT 200) and has taught for both Core Power Yoga and Chicago Athletic Association.
Liz believes deeply in the connection between vocal and physical preparation, and it's ability to drive confidence in your field of work. She seeks to gain insight into every client's individual authenticity and power.

Michael Thatcher is a professional actor, singer, coach, and digital producer.
Michael is a New York based actor who has performed professionally all over the country for over a decade. After appearing in several Broadway tours, regional theatres, and Off-Broadway shows, he made his Broadway debut in The Play That Goes Wrong in 2018. He then continued with the show as a member of the 1st National Broadway tour until the pandemic abruptly ended it in March of 2020.
For four years, Michael has also worked as digital producer of online learning. With theatre shut down for the foreseeable, Michael has been producing full time since March 2020. He has helped facilitate and provide tech support for professional meetings and learning sessions in Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, Adobe Connect, and GoToMeeting. Michael has logged thousands of hours of supporting online presentations. That experience has given him a unique perspective on how to give effective and engaging presentations in an online environment.
After completing his Bachelor of Music degree focused on vocal performance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Michael received his Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Houston’s Professional Actor Training Program. He has taught collegiate level classes in Acting, Musical Theatre, Voice, and Speech. In addition to being an Acting, Voice, and Dialect Coach in NYC, he has held numerous youth workshops ranging from Acting and Movement to Stage Combat.

Meg Stamper is a marketing leader, entrepreneur and small business executive. Meg has dedicated her career to marketing strategy, business development, press relations, website management, content marketing, social media management, and marketing asset creation at companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500s.
Meg has served as Executive Director at Propelle, CMO at MiDash, VP of Marketing at Lealta Media, as well as a number of consulting roles with companies such as Facebook, Nike, and California Skin Institute. As co-founder and CMO of The Delaware Company, one of the country’s largest and most successful online incorporation services, Meg oversaw all business operations, launched an innovative digital marketing campaign and spearheaded the company’s expansion into international markets. She managed the company’s acquisition by Wolters Kluwer (NL:WKL), a global multibillion-dollar revenue professional products and services corporation.
Meg has an MBA from Columbia Business School where she was class president, and is an active Venture Fellow with her other alma mater, University of California Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
