Our journey starts with a complimentary consultation so that we can get to know each other better, and learn if Melanie is the right coach for you.
2/ Assessment & Getting to Know You
Once we decide that we’d like to work together, you’ll complete an intake and assessment including qualitative and quantitative data points. This not only allows Melanie to get to know you more deeply, but also serves as a self-reflection process for you. And lastly, we gather data points to help us assess how you’re improving over time.
3/ Espeland Method Structure
We’ll use Melanie’s methodology to guide you through your roadblocks, building self-awareness, and honing new skills.
For 1-on-1 coaching, Melanie also customizes the program for your specific needs, adapting as needed throughout your time working together.
4/ Mid-Point Reflection
As we work together, Melanie will ensure there is a consistent feedback loop including a mid-point reflection process to ensure we’re aligned and continuously moving in the right direction.
When you’ve reached the end of your coaching, or are taking a break until your next time working with Melanie, we’ll use the data we’ve gathered to understand your growth and define key exercises and resources to keep you on track.
