Meet Melanie

Melanie Espeland is a fashionista turned consultant, turned executive coach, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur.  

Through her podcasts, radio appearances, and webinars for the likes of Fairygodboss and Cornell University, she’s been able to support 100’s of leaders discover their authentic voices and executive presence, gain clarity on their path, and overall lead a more successful professional life.  Melanie is a Member of Forbes Council, and has been featured in outlets such as Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, California Herald, and more.

1/ Consultation 

Our journey starts with a complimentary consultation so that we can get to know each other better, and learn if Melanie is the right coach for you. 

2/ Customized Goal & Roadmap

Melanie and you will co-create a customized roadmap with your goals and pathway to success, utilizing her years of coaching top tier talent. 

3/ Assessment & Getting to Know You

Once we align on your roadmap and that we’d like to work together, you’ll complete an intake and assessment including qualitative and quantitative data points.  This not only allows Melanie to get to know you more deeply, but also serves as a self-reflection process for you.  And lastly, we gather data points to help us assess how you’re improving over time. 

 

4/ Doing the Work

Melanie will work with you in both a logical, structured, and intuitive way to guide you through your roadblocks, building self-awareness, and honing new skills. 

5/ Mid-Point Reflection 

As we work together, Melanie will ensure there is a consistent feedback loop including a mid-point reflection process to ensure we’re aligned and continuously moving in the right direction. 

6/ Post-Assessment

When you’ve reached the end of your coaching, or are taking a break until your next time working with Melanie, we’ll use the data we’ve gathered to understand your growth and define key exercises and resources to keep you on track.
